【摘要】当今知识经济时代,企业之间的竞争越来越激烈,表现为企业核心竞争力的竞争。因此,不断提升企业的核心竞争力,是保持企业竞争优势的战略选择。人力资源作为企业最具创造性和能动性的第一资源要素,对企业核心竞争力的提升具有直接的决定性的作用。笔者在文中浅谈了加强人力资源管理,提升企业核心竞争力。
